BER, or Building Energy Rating and advisory report. This is an objective scale to rate the energy performance of a building. This requires a room by room survey of your property including attic and boiler house. This will take between 1 and 2 hours gathering the required information to calculate the BER. A building can be rated anywhere from A1 to G.
