In 2008 Gormanly Building Energy Rating was established by Dermot & Noelle Gormanly. We identified an opportunity in the market place to help property owners with new sustainable methods of constructing and retrofitting their homes. We could see that this very exciting new way of thinking and working would be a massive contributor in the reduction of CO2 emission into our atmosphere and also make our properties more comfortable while reducing the huge cost of adequately heating our homes.
